Problem is some webmasters decide to substitute their CMS search with Google search; and Google search came with 2 options… to include site search or to exclude it.
Some webmasters out of naive-ness (or greed) decided to switch off their site search option just to earn a few extra bucks from Google Search. What they don’t realize is they restricted their content navigation and reduce the users’ experience, which in the end could mean more harm than benefits.
Do take care of the internal search function.
